Punctuality is Essential

Please arrive on time to ensure we can provide quality service for you and all scheduled clients. We appreciate your consideration for other clients' time.

Cancellation Fees:

• Same day cancellations: $50 cancellation fee
• No call/no shows will result in being banned from future bookings

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is permitted when requested 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will accommodate you based on our availability.

Failure to Pay Fees:

Unpaid fees will result in your booking privileges being suspended until payment is received.

Deposit:

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service total.

Final Payment:

The remaining balance can be paid via:

• Cash
• Credit/Debit Card
• Apple Pay
• Cash App

Refund Policy:

All refunds are at the complete discretion of Hair Afrique. The $50 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Documentation:

All clients will be briefly filmed before service begins for confirmation and security purposes to prevent fraudulent claims.

Materials Usage:

Photos and videos taken during your appointment may be used for business marketing purposes.

Service location may vary based on appointment date. You will be notified of any location changes in advance.
